The service
Margin is subscription software that calculates the real profit of e-commerce operations and automates sales recovery by email, WhatsApp and AI phone calls. You use Margin for your own business and are responsible for the integrations you connect.
Account and access
Keep your email and password private. You are responsible for activity in your account and for the invitations you send to your team. We may suspend accounts used for spam, fraud or illegal activity.
Trial and subscription
The free trial lasts 14 days. After that, use requires a paid plan billed monthly through Whop. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Partial months are not refunded unless the law requires it.
Limits and AI credits
Each plan has limits on stores, sales, team members, AI call minutes and analyses. When you reach a limit, the affected features may pause until the next cycle or until you buy extra credits.
Messages and calls to your customers
You only message or call people who consented or have an open order with you, honor opt-outs, and follow the rules of each country and platform (Meta, WhatsApp, carriers). The voice assistant introduces itself as a virtual assistant.
Data
Your store data belongs to you. Processing follows the Privacy policy. When you close your account, you can request export and deletion of your data.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service online, but it depends on third parties (payment gateways, Meta, cloud providers). Margin's numbers support decisions; they are not financial, accounting or legal advice.
Changes
We may update these terms and prices with prior notice in the app or by email. Continued use after notice means you accept them.
